Exercise on second person pronoun choice.
(adapted from Chapter One of  Hindi Structures.)
      Choose the second person pronoun that seems most appropriate to you and inflect the verb accordingly.  Caution: second person pronoun choice is not always easy, even for native speakers of Hindi-Urdu.  In discussing some of these choices you should expect differences of opinion.
   1.  पण्डितजी।  क्या _____ हमारे यहाँ रामायण पढ़ने आ _____ ?
   2.  अबे साले !   क्या रास्ता __ (your) __ बाप का है ?  देखता हूँ _____ मुझे कैसे रोक- ____ !
      ('will stop')
   3.  ड्राइवर !  ____ मुझे किधर ले जा रह- ____   ह- ____ ?         ('are taking')
   4.  ए भगवान ! /  ए रब !   ____   सर्वशक्तिमान ह- ____  ।  मुझे इस संकट से बचा ल- ____ !
   5.  हाँ बता- ____ ,  साहब।   ____   कहाँ जाना चाहत- ____  ह- ____ ?
   6.  डिम्पल डार्लिंग !  पत्नी मायके गई है।  जल्दी मिलने आ- ____ !
   7.  मुझे पचास पैसेवाले तीन टिकट औरर चार लिफ़ाफ़े दे द- ____  ।
   8.  बाबूजी।   ____   हमारे लिये क्या बना रह- ____  ह- ____ ?         ('are making')
   9.  बेटी।  इन साहब के लिए चाय ला- ____ ।         ('bring')
 10 .  सरदारजी ।  इन्जन ख़राब है।   ____   कब तक ठीक कर सक- ____ ?         ('will be able')
