Key to exercise on compound compound verbs
 
 1.  Two actions:  थोड़ा-सा भूसा निकालो औरर  (  फिर )  रख दो।
 2.  One action:  लालच ने उसे उल्लू बना दिया।
        'Greed made a fool of him.'
 3.  Two actions:  लोग तुम्हें पुलिसवाला समझेंगे औरर  (  फिर )  छोड़ देंगे।
 4.  One action:  यह बात पुलिसवाले तुम्हें समझा देंगे।
        'The police will make you see the light.'
 5.  One action:  सद्दाम अपने मुल्क का सत्यानाश कर डालेगा।
        'Saddam will destroy his country.'
 6.  One action: उसने अपने पति को शराबी बना दिया था।
        'She drove her husband to drink.'
      Or two:  उसने अपने पति को शराबी बनाया औरर  (  फिर )  उसे छोड़ दिया था।
        'She drove her husband to drink and then she left him.
